The journey begins long before the butcher’s knife. Every day on the farm we invest time in feeding, rotating pastures, and monitoring health. When an animal is eventually selected for home processing, we know it has lived well and been treated with dignity.
The Slaughter Process
We work only with licensed processors who follow strict animal welfare standards. This ensures that the final step is carried out humanely, with minimal stress. For us, it’s not just about meat — it’s about honouring the life of the animal.
Butchering and Sharing
Once processed, the meat is cut to our preferred styles — roasts, steaks, mince, and more. There’s a deep connection in preparing meals from beef that we know the full story of, from birth through to the table.
